Rebecca is the granddaughter of Edith Kyazike, the housemother of KINS Redeemer Children’s Home. When Rebecca’s mother, who is a single mom with no means to support her daughter, left her with Momma Edith to raise, Compassion for Africa wanted to help this child with education and support through sponsorship.
Rebecca serves on the worship team at church, tutors the younger children while home on break. In 2024 Rebecca will complete her Degree in Elementary Education. She lives independently, in Kampala.
