I am nineteen, and currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource Management at Technical University of Mombasa, in Mombasa. Although it’s hard to recall the exact year I came to Cana (2010) and started the Compassion for Africa sponsorship, as I was young, malnourished and very sick. However, I do remember being in the care of my dad (who was a drunkard and HIV positive) after my mom passed away in 2008. My grandmother then took me in but was unable to raise or support my basic needs or send me to school. Cana Rescue Centre took me in and brought me back to health. Compassion for Africa has supported me and my education to date.
My goal is to become the best Human Resources Manager and to offer the best leadership and start my own institute someday.
